We Dug Trenches is part of an ever-expanding collection of photographs taken throughout the western United States; primarily in Wyoming, New Mexico, Colorado and Montana. The photography ranges in scope from landscape and wildlife to portraits and architecture. The work is bound together stylistically with a square format and an atmospheric mood that evokes memories of the photographic history of the region and nostalgia for the West.
